Shop Policies

Thank you so much for chosing to shop at NailsIT Lacquer! Your order will be greatly appreciated and I will strive to get it to you as quickly and safely as I can.

I will restock at various times and it will usually be announced on the NailsIT Blog and Facebook Page. 

My typical turn around time is usually 3-7 days excluding weekends and holidays. ***There are some weeks that shipping time will greatly vary. The Post Office is a trip for me. It can take a week or so to get your package out.***

Please provide me with your current mailing address and be sure that it matches your paypal shipping address. I prefer to check and double check addresses. At this time, I am only able to accept Paypal and shipping within the US.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact me using the contact form provided. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and have a positive shopping experience.

If for any reason there is an issue with a polish, please contact me with information on when your polish was purchased. If it is determined that your polish needs to be replaced, I do not require it to be returned to me. I will ask that you mark the bottle as defective and reported, by putting a large X on the label in permanent ink, and sending me a picture. 

Unfortunately, I am not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed. This leaves too much room for error on my part :)
